The Games of the Small States of Europe in Malta is fast approaching !
We are less than two months away from Malta acting has hosts for the Games of the Small States of Europe (GSSE) 2023 !
What is the GSSE ?
The Games of the Small States of Europe is a multi-sport event that takes place every two years, featuring nine European small states with populations of less than one million people. Malta is set to host the 19th edition of the event from May 29 to June 3, 2023.
The event will feature competitions in ten sports, including athletics, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and more. The Malta Basketball Association is thrilled to be a part of this event, hosting the 5v5 and 3×3 basketball tournaments and welcoming teams from Andorra, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, San Marino, Montenegro and, of course, Malta.
The tournament will be held at the Ta’ Qali National Park Basketball Pavilion, which has recently undergone renovations to accommodate international events. The Malta Basketball Association is working hard to ensure that the tournament is a success, and they encourage all basketball fans to come and support their favourite teams.
